Riverside/Grant Methodist Hospitals, Columbus, OH. Provides emergency
and routine psychiatric consultations, collaborates with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to meet patient's needs, responds
to crisis
line calls, conducted adult Intensive Outpatient Program services through
Alcohol & Drug Dependency Services, and provides medical social
work services as needed.
1994 - 2002
Netcare Corporation, Columbus, OH. Lead clinician in a court mandated
program for children up to age 18 located inside The Franklin County Juvenile
Detention Center. Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessment,
individual & family counseling, psycho educational and process groups,
and case management to a very diverse population. Collaborating with a
large variety of community service providers to ensure quality care. Upon
program completion, clinical recommendations, documentation, and verbal
presentation are provided to Juvenile Court Judges/Magistrates. Selected
to develop agency policy on protocol for levels of care. Serve as manager
on-call and member of the Central Ohio Critical Incident Stress Management
Team. Provided drug/alcohol and mental health assessments including that
for adolescents pending possible bindover to the adult court system.
