Director of Mental Health Utilization Review, Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Health
Options of Florida, Inc. Responsible for the design, implementation and
maintenance of an HBO mental health service delivery system in a five
county area in Central Florida. Inpatient and outpatient services are
provided and monitored in terms of quality assurance and cost containment.

center designed to provide high quality psychological services to a population
seeking an alternative to the community mental health system. Waterfront
Center is owned and operated by Mental Health Services of Oceola County,
Inc. Development of and provision of services for an Employee Assistance
Program that focuses on alcohol and drug education and rehabilitation.

32751. Population consisting primarily of adults and families, specializing
in the treatment of anxiety, marital problems, depression, sexual dysfunction,
and lifestyle related stress disorders.

Partner and provider of direct services. Outpatient psychological services
center developed by Human Services Group, Inc. Provision of psychological
services to a diverse population including adults, couples, families,
and adolescents. Psychological evaluation and testing services are also

Partner, involved in the development of an alternate mental health care
delivery system that focused on cost containment and quality assurance.
Functioning as a Preferred Provider Organization, Human Services Group
contracted with insurance companies, prepaid plans, HMOs and hospitals
to provide a full range of psychological and psychiatric services. Human
Services Group has serviced contracts with: Cigna Healthplan of Florida,
Inc., Metlife Health Network, Inc. and provided services for several EAPs
(Employee Assistance Programs) in the central Florida area.

Psychological Consultant, State of Florida, Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, residential treatment facility. Initial contract consisted of
a six month program involving the training of a 14 member staff in behavioral
treatment strategies and interpersonal skills with subsequent contracting
of psychological services for the resident population including assessment,
individual and group psychotherapy, and staff consultation.

Staff Psychologist. Responsible for providing direct services, supervision
of Doctoral and Masters level interns, inservice staff and organizational
development and implementation of psychoeducational programs in the community.

1993 - The Psychology Group Professional Workshop, Mind
As Healer, presented at the Fawcett Center for Tomorrow, The Ohio
State University. Eight-hour workshop covering different aspects and techniques
of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). Experiential training in several relaxation/meditation
techniques in addtion to an overview of classical Ayurvedic theory was
presented. A Jungian psychology technique of Irving Oyle, M.D. was taught.
1989 - Cigna Healthplan of Central Florida, Inc. Four three-hour workshops
to Subscribers, "Managing a Stressful Environment".

1988 - United Systems and Software, Inc., Maitland, Florida. Two year
contract to provide quarterly stress management seminars to a privately
held Corporation with 250 employees. Provided organizational consultation
to the Board of Directors during an internal reorganization.

South Carolina. Organizational Consultant/Facilitator. Facilitation of
re-organization of the executive committee and Board of Directors. Four
day closed meeting.

1987 - Metropolitan Alcoholism Council, Orlando, Florida: Consultant,
conducted inservice workshops for clinical staff focusing on treatment
strategies, group dynamics, and stress management techniques for the substance
abuse professional.
1986 - Executive Council of the National Mental Health Association, Washington,
D.C.: Organizational Consultant, facilitated the reorganization of Executive
Staff Council in a three day closed seminar with the executive committee
of the Board of Directors of Executive Staff Council.
